You are provided with access to this Website in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.

We will treat all your personal data as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We will keep it secure and we will fully comply with all applicable privacy regulations and consumer legislation.
Age Restricted Items
Orders that include items such as knives or replica weapons which are age restricted or other items which have an age restriction, there will be an age verification check.
We will use an age verification delivery service for age restricted items.
All prices on our web site are in pounds sterling (£) and the price shown includes VAT at 20%.
We accept various means of payment from MasterCard, Mastercard Debit, Visa, Visa V pay, Visa Debit (Delta), Visa Electron, and Maestro.
We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but it is possible that an error may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment already made for the goods will be refunded in full.
All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a particular item, which you have ordered, or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money that you have paid.
With our standard service we aim to deliver goods to destinations in the UK within 2-5 working days (working days are Monday to Friday). This excludes British bank holidays in most circumstances.
Orders are sent by various couriers including Hermes, Royal Mail, Parcel Force or UPS courier service. Some services will require a signature on delivery.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery "or" loss of your item by the postal service. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time that we quote for that item, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. If it isn't possible to complete your order we will dispatch what we have in stock immediately and unless specified, follow up with the rest of your order within 14 days.
Due to the nature of the items we send out sometimes we may change the courier service despite you electing a specific delivery courier, there may be multiple reasons to this, however an example may be that some couriers wont transport the product. The delivery specification will never change for example if you pay for next day the same service will be transposed to the other courier.
After you have placed your order you will receive an email from us which is your confirmation of order. This is confirmation that we have received your order. It is not confirmation that the order you have placed is guaranteed to be in stock or that it can be fulfilled. Sometimes errors do occur in our stock inventory or other customers order just before you. We cannot be liable or responsible for any loss occurring because your items are not in stock. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible if this is the case.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If your delivery Country applies and import or duty taxes it is your responsibility to pay these, we can not advise on likely charges and we do not cover these in the delivery cost.
It is your responsibility to be aware of local shipping restrictions for the location of your delivery address.
It is the buyer's responsibility to notify us if the goods have not been received within 14 days of the estimated delivery date or receipt of our invoice.
If no notification is made within this time period the buyer shall be deemed to have received the goods and no refund will be made.
The following items cannot be exported outside of the U.K. This is either because of shipping restrictions or by law.

Description of products
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all the details, descriptions and prices of products on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
Our products are packaged to ensure they arrive to you in good condition, however very occasionally items may arrive damaged or with defects. If this does occur then please contact us by email Freddie@axistrackservices.com before sending the items back.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will replace the item free of charge. Should a refund be requested, then the refund will be made as soon as the item has been returned.
Please note should an item arrive faulty or you damage an item by trying to repair / alter or replace an aspect of the item, yourself or getting someone else to do it, we reserve the right to waiver a refund, however the consumer (you) may request the item back. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
If you need to return an item
If you need to return an item to us, please contact us by e mail Freddie@axistrackservices.com. We do not pay the postage for items being returned. When you contact us we will advise you how to send the item back to us and what service to use for certain items.
If for some reason you are not happy with your product you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.
In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, you must return the item(s) to us within 21 days of receiving your item, having taken good care of it and kept it in an unused state, complete with packaging and all its components.
The refund will be made direct to the credit/charge card originally used to place the order. The refund will be made within 7 working days from the item having been returned to us.
You will not be refunded for the P&P of your item, but please be aware that you are responsible for the returned item until it has reached us. We recommend using a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us and are signed for by our staff. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).

We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.
We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.
We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.

Cancellations and alterations
Once you have placed your order, you can cancel the order until the moment it has been shipped by our team.
When a refund is to be issued this can take up to 7 working days to complete and will be issued back to the original payment method.
Copying and printing portions of this website is permitted only for the sole purpose of placing an order with us. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose without written permission from Axis Track Services Ltd.
It is the responsibility of the individual for the safe and proper handling of any item purchased from Axis Track Services Ltd and we accept no responsibility for the injury or fatality of an individual or third party whilst using any products sold through ourselves.
